How to read what is on this site — the photography, the descriptions of our work, and anything that looks like a price.
These terms apply to allhandson.com.au, operated by All Hands On Pty Ltd, trading as AHO Renovations, QBCC Licence 15332765. Last reviewed 1 September 2026.
Photography and imagery
Unless a caption or the surrounding text says otherwise, the images on this website do not depict work carried out by us. Much of the photography here is illustrative — generated or licensed imagery chosen to show the kind of home, room or streetscape a page is about. It is used to set the scene, not to represent a completed project.
This applies in particular to the area cards on our areas we work page. Those images illustrate the character of housing typical of each area. They are not photographs of the suburb they appear under, they do not show a specific property, and they are not projects we have built.
Where an image is our own work on a real project, we say so on the page. If you would like to see photographs of work we have actually completed, ask us and we will show you jobs relevant to yours.
Descriptions of our work
Service pages, area pages and articles describe the kind of work we take on and what is typically involved. They are general information about renovating in Brisbane, not a statement about your property. Every home is different, and what a particular job involves can only be established by looking at it.
Any timeframe given on this site is indicative. Actual programs depend on the scope, the approvals required, the condition of the existing building and matters outside our control.
Costs, quotes and proposals
Nothing on this website is a quote, and no figure on it should be relied on as a price for your project. That includes anything produced by the renovation planner, which is a tool for describing a project rather than pricing one.
A price for your job comes from us in writing, after we have seen the property and agreed the scope. The initial conversation is free; a site assessment or a detailed proposal may attract a fee, which we confirm with you before the appointment.
Reviews and testimonials
Reviews shown on this site are the words of the clients who wrote them, reproduced as given and attributed to the person who left them. We do not write or edit review text.
Renovation advice articles
Our renovation advice articles cover Queensland requirements such as contracts, approvals and cooling-off periods, and each cites the government sources it draws on. Regulations change and individual circumstances vary. The articles are general information, not legal advice about your property, and you should check the current position with the relevant authority before relying on it.
Our licence
AHO Renovations is a trading name of All Hands On Pty Ltd, licensed by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission under licence 15332765. You can verify any QBCC licence, including ours, on the QBCC's online register.
